Precautions for return and exchange
This site follows the Consumer Protection Law. Consumers have the right to a 7-day hesitation period for online shopping. We remind you that after receiving the product, please unpack and confirm the content immediately to avoid affecting your rights.。
Due to the special nature of some products, the hesitation period clause is not applicable, and the relevant precautions for the exercise of rights and interests are supplemented as follows:
- The 7-day waiting period is calculated based on the arrival date of the product + 7 days (including weekends and holidays). The arrival date is subject to the "Delivery Date" displayed by the logistics provider's system.
- If you need to return or exchange the goods due to defective or damaged goods, please be sure to submit it within 7 days of arrival. Each order is limited to 1 time. Please unpack the package immediately after arrival and check all the goods and accessories.
- Returned goods must be in a new state with complete packaging, and all spare parts, gifts, and invoices must be returned together, otherwise your return rights will be affected.
- If the return order is entitled to full/full discount, all the products in the promotion must be returned when returning the order.
- Return orders will not enter the refund process until the goods are returned to the company, and the customer service has checked the content, the quantity is correct, and the goods are in normal condition.
Unable to handle return
- International Shipment.
- The order has exceeded the waiting period.
- Item is not new and complete, with soiling, signs of use, missing accessories, or damaged/missing packaging.
- Other special event items are specified on the sales page.
