- HUGGER has the right to cancel the membership if you choose the supermarket pickup service and fail to pick up the package for 2 times without any reason; if it reaches 3 times, it will be listed as a blacklist.
- If the proportion of returns is too high or there are malicious consumption records, the membership will be cancelled and blacklisted.
